BIO

Nuit Regular is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of PAI, Kiin, Thai Tavern, Chaiyo, Sukhothai, Makilala and By Chef Nuit Events & Catering. She introduced Toronto to the flavours and hospitality of Northern Thailand, beginning her journey with a humble curry shack in Pai. 

Canada’s first Thai SELECT Ambassador, she leads multiple Michelin Guide-recommended and Thai SELECT Signature-designated restaurants. 

Chef Nuit has earned honours including the 2024 WXN Top 100 SKIP Food Industry Award and Pinnacle Awards Chef of the Year, and has appeared on Food Network Canada’s Wall of Chefs and Top Chef Canada. She is also the author of the award-winning cookbook Kiin.
