Mark McEwan is one of Canada’s most influential chefs and restaurateurs, known for his precision, creativity and commitment to excellence. From becoming the youngest executive chef at Toronto’s Sutton Place Hotel to building a nationally recognized hospitality portfolio, he has helped set the standard for modern dining in Canada.

He has shaped Toronto’s culinary scene through iconic restaurants like North 44, Bymark and ONE Restaurant, each defining a generation of upscale dining.

Today, his work continues to evolve. Fabbrica in Thornbury offers refined, approachable Italian cuisine, while The Port Tavern reflects a focus on elevated, experience-driven hospitality. Beyond restaurants, McEwan Fine Foods extends his philosophy into retail.
