Kelsey Irvine is the CEO of Birch Babe and Birch Baby, a sustainable, women- and family-owned natural skincare brand that has been bootstrapped into a multi-million dollar business. Most recently, Birch Babe was featured on Dragons' Den, securing two deals in a single appearance.
With a background in advertising and documentary directing, and the first film she ever produced nominated for an Oscar, Kelsey brings a storyteller's eye to everything she builds.
