Feaven Abera is an Ethiopian-Canadian actress and model based in Toronto. She has appeared in Global’s Nurses, Paramount+’s Mayor of Kingstown and CBC/HBO Max Sort Of.
In 2025, Feaven stepped into a breakout year with a guest star on Fox’s DOC; supporting roles in the projects Doin’ It (Lily Singh/Likely Story) and Netflix’s Wayward (created by Mae Martin); and a lead role in the romantic dramedy A Tribe Called Love.
Feaven’s style is rooted in creative exploration — particularly drawing from the community she didn’t see onscreen growing up. She uses her voice and presence to reflect what’s possible for the next generation and is quickly becoming one of Canada’s rising on-screen talents.
