Manjit Minhas is a Canadian entrepreneur and longtime star of Dragons’ Den. She co-founded Minhas Breweries & Distilleries at 19, selling her Toyota RAV4 to enter the alcohol industry with her brother, Ravinder. Today, the privately owned company generates more than $300 million in annual revenue, with over 90 brands sold across Canada, the United States and internationally.
In 2006, the siblings became the youngest brewery owners in the world after acquiring the historic Joseph Huber Brewery. Minhas is known for producing high-quality, affordable products while championing sustainability and innovation, including gluten-free beer and reduced packaging.
A dedicated philanthropist and corporate leader, she serves on multiple boards and was named a Global Citizen Laureate by the United Nations Association in Canada.
