Lily Bernard is the Manager, Partnerships and Fundraising at Second Harvest, where she works with partners across Canada to help raise funds and awareness for the organization’s mission.
After graduating from Dalhousie University in 2022, Lily knew she wanted to build a career supporting communities in need. She has always loved food and believes it is deeply connected to who we are, bringing people together across cultures, backgrounds and lived experiences.
Through her work at Second Harvest, Lily’s appreciation for food has grown stronger, reaffirming her belief that food is more than fuel. It provides comfort, dignity and safety, and should always be valued and never wasted. As an ambassador, she is proud to continue spreading Second Harvest’s message and turn action into impact.
