Race to Rescue

BIO

Award-winning cookbook author, speaker, fermenter and sourdough baker Anne-Marie Bonneau is obsessed with reducing waste.

Through social media, her Substack and her book, The Zero-Waste Chef: Plant-Forward Recipes and Tips for a Sustainable Kitchen and Planet, Anne-Marie shows others how reducing the amount of food that goes to waste in their homes not only benefits the planet but also satisfies their taste buds, improves their well-being and boosts their bank accounts. A Canadian transplant, she has two grown daughters and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and sourdough starter, Eleanor.
