In memory of Ruth Hand
In her later years, Ruth took up jewellery-making and was renowned for her handmade jewellery sales at Delmanor Northtown. She proudly donated the proceeds of each sale to Second Harvest, with over $8,000 raised for the charity to date. Earlier this year, she was thrilled to be asked to tour Second Harvest’s facility in Etobicoke and was pleased to see how her hard work was a benefitting the community.

John, Glenn and family, I will always treasure the special times I shared with Ruth whether it was at our family cottage or your home. She was such a gracious host who exuded pure joy while entertaining. She was a very special friend of Mom and Dad’s who I will never forget. Thinking of you all and sending my deepest condolences.
