Roger Mooking is a Trinidadian-born, Canadian-raised chef, artist and television host known for creating immersive experiences that blend food, music and culture. A restaurateur, author and award-winning creative, he has earned international recognition for his globally inspired work.
Twist by Roger Mooking and Community by Roger Mooking are his latest duo of restaurant endeavours located at Toronto Pearson International Airport, transforming the dining experiences for guests over the last decade.
Roger is widely known as the host of Man Fire Food, as well as Breaking Bread with Roger Mooking, Everyday Exotic and Heat Seekers. His work spans television, live experiences and storytelling across platforms.
As Grey County’s first Creative Director & Culinary Ambassador, he leads initiatives like the Gather Campaign, highlighting the region’s culinary heritage and agricultural community through engaging, culture-driven storytelling.
