Canada is working hard to build a more sustainable food system, yet many people still face food insecurity every day. As we bring together farmers, manufacturers, retailers, and finance leaders to discuss how Canadian food can “win on the world stage,” we also want to honour the reality that good food should be accessible to everyone.
